I haven't received any push notifications. What should I do?

If you have the Blackcatcard application installed on your phone, please check the network and Internet connection on your phone along with the notification bar to see if it displays any push notifications.

If there is no push notification, you can request it again by clicking on the “Resend” button on the checkout page in the online store.

If you do not have the Blackcatcard application installed on your phone you should receive an SMS with a one-time password on your phone. We recommend that you install the Blackcatcard app for additional security when making online purchases.
