I received an email informing me that I am no longer participating in the loyalty program. What does it mean?

If you partook in any of our promotions, your participation was terminated and your accumulated bonus was annulled. You can no longer receive any bonuses. You have the opportunity to reactivate your participation in our loyalty program by joining one of the programs in the Blackcatcard application. To do this, go to the mobile application in the "Cashback" section and click on the Bonus program that catches your eye.
