What should I do if my card was lost or stolen?

Please block the card immediately in the mobile app. If you later find the card and are get sure that no unauthorized persons have used it, then unblock the card yourself in the mobile app. If you are sure that the card has been stolen or lost, contact our support team via the support chat in the app or via desktop.
