What should I do if my ID scan is not accepted?

Please check the accuracy of the fields you filled during the previous registration step. Data from the scanned ID documents must match the data you entered in your registration form.

You might be scanning your document incorrectly (e.x., in bad lighting). Please scan your ID document, following our recommendations in the prompt "How to take photos properly?" in the application.

Please make sure that you are scanning the correct type of ID document. We accept passports exclusively of an international standard and a new type of ID card issued in the EU and suitable for international travel.
