What documents are required for registration?

In order to register, you will need your passport (or an ID card), TAX number and address proof.

The documents that can be used as address proof:

— Bank statement (3 months or less old);

— Utility bills for an apartment, electricity, gas, water supply, fixed Internet, cable TV, landline telephone (3 months or less old); mobile phone bills are not accepted;

— Declared address (registration), if it is indicated in your country;

—A letter from a state institution, for example, from the land service with the calculation of the land tax for the current year;

— Identity card of the resident;

— Permanent or temporary residence permits;

— Lease agreement (for European Union countries only);

— Identification document or passport (for European Union countries only);

If you are a citizen of a country that is outside of the EEA, but you reside in the EEA, you will need to provide one of the following documents additionally to prove your residence for obtaining a payment card:

— Temporary or permanent Residence Permit

— Long-term Visa (Type D)

— Refugee certificate

— Other document or certificate issued by a state institution confirming the right to stay in the country (Certificate of Stay)

Due to new European restrictions, we are currently required to ask Russian citizens living outside of Russia to provide a residence permit, a long-term visa (Schengen visa type D or similar) allowing a stay in the country for more than 180 days, or an identity document, issued in the country of residence, as proof of address to access SEPA payments.
